Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375˚
*** Large Mixing Bowl 1:
- Soften shortening in a large bowl (do this several hours ahead):
2 sticks lightly salted butter and 1 stick Crisco (20 oz.)
*** Medium Mixing Bowl 2:
“Whisk” together and set aside:
4 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt
*** Add to Bowl 1:
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 ½ cups packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat with electric mixer until creamy.
Add 4 extra-lg. eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture from Bowl 2.
Stir in:
1 bag Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 bag Nestle Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunks

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 13 minutes or until golden brown (bake time will be oven-specific – be careful…my oven takes 13 minutes).
Move cookies to wire racks to cool.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Slight differences in the technique and recipe found on the Nestle® chocolate chip bag:
- always make this "double batch"
- use AirBake® cookie sheets if you have them…
Can be frozen in zip-lock freezer bags to stock-up for Holiday sharing…
