Crust: 1 1/4 cups flour
1 stick butter
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans (I put them in a food processor)

Cream
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 small 8 oz. cool whip
1 small 8 oz. cool whip for top of finished desert..
Mix
2 pigs. instant chocolate pudding
4 cups milk

Directions:
Crust: mix all ingredients for crust till smooth and press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool

Cream
Mix all ingredients till smooth. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix pudding mix and milk and refrigerate. When crust is cooled and cream is spread on crust, spoon pudding on top of cream mixture and spread all over.
Spread the extra cool whip over top of pudding. Sprinkle with some crushed nuts on top...optional. Place in refrigerator to set at least 1 hour.
