4 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
6 eggs

4/5 tbsp sugar

Mix all ingredients til batter is firm. Kneed dough, let sit, begin to roll, slice (keep dough under towel so it doesn't dry out! Roll into breadstick grissini size and let dry, turn to dry evenly every so often.

Deep fryer - pour oil, set at 375 degrees, when one floats, the oil is ready to go. Use a dish of cut dough at a time. Don't rush it or put too many in at one time.

Boil honey, add 4/5 tbsp of sugar and cook on stove until sugar is melted.

Put on platter, shape into a wreath, add colored round sprinkles on top. Spoon honey in and mix w hands - CAREFUL, honey may be too hot, if so, cool and add a little at a time and mix. Can place a plastic cup in center of wreath until it cools completely. Then remove cup.
