1 large bag frozen hash browns
1 small-medium chopped onion
1 cup light sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 lb. Velveeta™ cheese
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hr.
