1 pkg. chicken cutlets
1/4 lb. imported swiss cheese
1/4 lb. baked ham
1 can GOLDEN cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup any wine you have
bread crumbs
oil
1 egg beaten with grated cheese, salt, pepper, & garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
On each cutlet place half slice of cheese & 1/2 slice of ham. Roll cutlets, if they do not stay rolled-hold together with tooth picks. Dip rolled cutlet in beaten egg mixture then in breadcrumbs. Oil a baking dish and line rolls in dish. Add wine, cover and bake at
350º for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven, add mushroom soup, undiluted, over rolls. Cover and return to oven for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
