1 lb of butter at room temperature
1 egg
1 cup of super fine sugar
4½ cup flour

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 300º
Combine all ingredients. Knead until fully combined.
Spray 2 pie pans with Pam. Divide the dough between the 2 pans. Press into the pan.
Using a fork, prick the dough evenly across the surface.
Bake for 1 hour.
