1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs (plain)
1 onion finely chopped
1 beaten egg
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 can 8 oz. Hunts tomato sauce (or a little more)

Directions:
Directions:
Form into a loaf and put into shallow baking pan 7" x 10" Leave a space around edge of meatloaf.

Mix together: Remaining Hunts sauce, 1/2 cup water, 3 tbsp. white vinegar,
3 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. prepared mustard & 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pour over the meatloaf. Bake in moderate over of 350º for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
Baste occasionally.
