Directions:Cut the ends off of all of the Brussels sprouts. Split the sprouts into 2 equal piles. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the halves and place in the oven for 12 minutes.
Take the other half of the sprouts and shred them. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté. Add the last tbsp of oil, salt and pepper, and continue to cook down the sprouts.
Once both sets of Brussels sprouts are done, combine them in a serving dish. Mix in the dried cranberries and crushed pecans.

Notes: This says it serves 4 people, but believe me, you will want this all for yourself.
Everyone in my family brings their own dish to the holidays. Once I really started cooking, this was the dish that I brought. Since then, the family has begged that I continue to make this time and time again. It was a hit!
There was one time, where I didn't make this recipe for a family gathering, and I'm pretty sure I was written out of some wills. (kidding of course)
