cup butter
cup flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped turkey
2 cups milk
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour to make a roux. Gradually stir in milk and cook just until it thickens. Add seasonings and turkey. Serve hot over toasted bread.
