5 eggs separated - 4 yolks and 1 whole egg
2½ cups sugar
3 cups milk
5 T. Cocoa
7 T. Flour
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ Stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and flour in small bowl. Set aside. Combine eggs and milk to saucepan. Add sugar mixture. Cook until pudding like consistency. Remove from heat add vanilla and butter. Stir occasionally until cool. Pour into pre baked pie crust.

Beat egg whites till stiff and cover top of pie. Broil till golden brown.
