4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsps. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450

Mix eggs, milk, and flour together. Let sit for 30 minutes. Place a 1/2 tsp. of oil in each cup of a 12 hole muffin tin. Place in oven to heat the oil for 5-10 minutes. After mixture has sat, give the batter a good mix and add the water. Fill each muffin cup a ⅓ full and return quickly to the oven. Leave to cook until gold brown, approx. 20 minutes. Serve the English way with roast beef and mashed potatoes and pour gravy over it!
