1 lb ground meat
1 cup rice
1 onion
1 small can tomato sauce
mint
salt
pepper

Head of cabbage

Egg & lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil water
Make slits/cut around stem of cabbage
Add cabbage to boiling water
Start taking loose leaves off ~3 min
Repeat with slits until get to the small leaves
Remove any hard parts from the leaves once taken out of pot

2. Mix all other ingredients from meat to pepper

3. Layer bottom of casserole dish with unrolled cabbage leaves

4. Roll leaves like you would grape leaves & place on the casserole dish

5. Add water to cover ¾ to top of cabbage rolls

6. Cover with wax paper & aluminum foil

7. Bake at 350 for 1-1.5 hours

8. Once done, make avgolemono
Take some juice from cabbage rolls and place in a pot on stove
Use low heat
Beat an egg & lemon juice together
Add to the juice in the pot and stir constantly until cooked through
Add back to the cabbage rolls.
