9 oz white baking chocolate
2 cups coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
1/2 c chopped pecans

In large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate.
Stir in potato chips and pecans.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets
Refrigerate until set

I use a large glass measuring cup for melting the chocolate.
