3 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Almond Extract
3/4 c. Shortening
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. Sour Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder & soda. Cream shortening. Add vanilla, sugar and beat. Add eggs (one at a time) and beat. Add dry ingredients (alternating with sour cream). Drop by teaspoon full onto greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes.
