1 c. White Sugar
1 c. Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 c. Flour
3/4 c. Oatmeal
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Shortening
4 c. Diced, raw rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the following until thick: 1 C. White Sugar, 1 cup Water, 1 tsp Vanilla, 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch. Mix remaining ingredients. Put half in bottom of pan. Add rhubarb. Pour thickening (from first step) over rhubarb. Add remaining crunch mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
