Pre-made graham cracker crust or home made crust:
2/3 c graham cracker crumbs
4 1/2 t sugar
3 T butter melted
4 ounces cream cheese
2 T sugar
1/2 c heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple drained

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: combine all ingredients for crust then press into 7 inch pie pan, refrigerate

In small bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream and pineapple.
Spoon into crust and refrigerate at least three hours.
