2½ lbs chicken cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chicken: cover with water in saucepan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil over medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove chicken and save the broth, use for dumpling.

Dumplings:
Place flour in mixing bowl add hot water a little at the time into the center while kneading it into ball of dough. Let stand about 10 minutes. Roll out with rolling pin until
knife blade thin. Cut into 2 inch squares .Drop into boiling broth. Cook on high for 10 minutes .Pour in can of soup. Reduce heat to low and return deboned chicken to pot Add salt and pepper if needed.
