Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

10 large jalapenos cut in 1/2 lengthwise & seeded
2 pkg cream cheese
minced garlic or 2 t. garlic powder
2 T garlic powder
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400*.
Mix cream cheese, garlic or garlic powder in bowl until creamy.
Stuff each pepper with the mixture and place on cookie sheet.
Cut each bacon slice in half and place across the top of each pepper lengthwise.
Bake 50 minutes, take out of oven and top with cheddar cheese.
Broil on low about 4 minutes or until cheese melts and browns slightly.
