3lbs Chicken Wings
Brine Mixture
2tbsp Season Salt or Old Bay Seasoning
2tbsp Garlic Pepper
1tbsp Onion Powder
1tsp Dry Mustard Powder
4 cups Flour
1-2qts Vegetable Oil for deep frying
2. Lemons

2. Bay leaves
Bundle Scallions
1/2. Salt
1/4 Sugar
1-2 gal water

Brine Mixture Recipe
In a big mixing bowl add 1/2 gallon of cold water
Bunch of scallions roughly chopped
2 lemons sliced in half and squeezed
1 Lemon sliced in half and squeezed
1/2 cup of salt and 1/4 cup of sugar taste to make sure the flavor is evened out it should not be salty
A tray of ice cubes and two bay leaves fresh
Now stir very well add all chicken wings into mixture and let sit in fridge for 2 hours
