1 can Salsa Verde
2 cans diced tomatoes, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn
chopped fresh cilantro
juice from ½ lime

The rest is up to you...
diced carrots
diced onion
sliced green onion
diced small cucumbers
any other chopped fresh veg you have

Mix all ingredrients together, cover, and let sit in refridgerator overnight.

Best served with Scoops style corn chips.
