Angel food cake
melted butter
brown sugar
coffee ice-cream of your choice

Try to find a loaf of Angel food cake in order to get a flat/even slice of cake. Cut an even slice of cake, melt butter and spread on top of the slice, use your had to spread/lightly pack brown sugar on top of the slice of cake, broil slice of cake on the top rack to caramelize brown sugar, keep a close eye on the cake because it can burn quickly, once the sugar is caramelized remove from oven and add a scoop of ice-cream on top. Enjoy!
