½ cup wine vinegar
4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
½ cup water
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup ketchup
2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp pepper
2 ½ tbsp dry mustard
2 tsp paprika
4 - 5 tsp squirts Tobasco

Directions:
You can use any type of chicken, I prefer drumsticks and thighs. Parcook chicken by simmering in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Let cool and marinade in sauce at least overnight.
Add a bit of water to the remaining sauce and boil and serve with chicken.

BBQ or fry in pan.

This freezes well in the marinade.
