1 can cream of mushroom soup (cream of chicken if using chicken)
1/2 can milk
1 cup rice (2 cups cooked)
3 oz. block cheese cubed
1 can tuna drained or 2 pieces chicken cooked and cubed
salt and pepper
chopped (minced) onions
french fried onion rings (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Using 9" square or round glass dish sprayed, cover the bottom with rice (add more rice for more people). Spread tuna or chicken over rice, add blocks or cheese and pour soup mixture over it all. Salt and pepper to taste. Add french fried onion rings if desired.
Bake 350F for 30 minutes.
