Grandma Rita’s Chicken Log Recipe

2 8-oz. packages of softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. steak sauce
½ tsp. curry powder
1½ cups of minced cooked chicken
½ cup minced celery
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped toasted almonds

Beat together cream cheese, steak sauce, and curry powder.

Blend in the chicken and celery, plus 2 tbsp. parsley.

Refrigerate the remaining parsley.

Shape mixture into a 9-inch log, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours.

Mix remaining chopped parsley and chopped almonds, and roll chicken log in this mixture to coat it.

Enjoy with crackers!
