Meatballs

2 lbs ground beef
1 c rolled oats
1 tsp garlic powder
⅓ c soy sauce (I like to use China Lily, but can't always find)
½ c pineapple juice

Sauce

8 oz grape jelly
1 bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce
Juice of one lemon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º

Combine all ingredients. Form ball using small ice cream scoop to ensure consistency in size

Place on baking sheet (I put them all on one sheet)

Bake for about 20 minutes

To serve:

Combine chili sauce, lemon and grape jelly in crockpot (or pot on stove) and heat ensuring the jelly has melted and everything is combined. Dump the cooked meatballs in and cover gently with sauce................OH SO GOOD!

I make these meatballs for parties and gatherings. I often make the meatballs in advance and toss in the freezer until I need them. On the day of the party, I remove them from freezer, let defrost and add them to the chili/jelly sauce
