2 C cooked shredded chicken(turkey)
1 can English peas,
1 can corn or 2 can mixed vegetables
1 can diced potatoes
1 can green beans

2 can cream of celery( mushroom or chicken)soup
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
To shredded chicken add vegetables, spices, and soup. Divide into 2 portions
Place bottom pie crust in 9" deep dish pie pan. Fill with ½ mixture. Put on top pie crust crimping sides with fork to seal. Cut 3 slits in top to vent.
Repeat with 2nd pie crust and remainder of filling.

Freeze 2nd pie for later dinner. Thanksgiving leftover tradition. Store bought roast chicken or canned chicken can be used
