Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole cabbage
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1½ lbs. beef hamburg
½ lb. ground pork
1½ c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato soup (10 oz. cans)
2½ c. water1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core from cabbage. Place whole head in a large kettle filled with boiling salted water. Cook cabbage for 3 minutes or until softened enough to pull off the individual leaves. Repeat as necessary to remove all leaves. Cut the center stem (rib) from each piece to be flat with the rest of the leaf. Sauté onion in oil. Remove from heat and let cool a bit. Add meat, rice, salt & pepper and ¼ c. of the soup mixture. Mix thoroughly. Place 2 heaping tablespoons or more of the mixture in each leaf depending on size. Fold the base of the leaf ½ turn. Next fold in the sides and continue rolling from the base to make a golumpki. Place in pan and repeat to fill pan. Add the remaining soup. Cover with unused cabbage leaves and then seal the foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-3 hours until tender.

Note if you like more rice, just increase the proportion.
