For a 9'x13" pan

First layer:
1½ c. flour
1½ stick of margarine
½ c. chopped nuts (fine)

Second layer:
1 c. confectionary sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese

Third layer:
2 packages instant lemon pudding
3 c. cold milk

Fourth layer:
8 oz. Cool Whip
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
For the first layer, mix the ingredients with a mixer. Add to the pan and press down to the bottom to make a crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool. For the second layer, mix the sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese well with a mixer. Add this to the crust in the pan. The third layer is the pudding. Mix the instant lemon pudding with milk, When it starts to thicken pour it into the pan. You can use 3 packages with more milk if you want. The forth layer is the Cool Whip topped with chopped nuts.
