Ingredients:  
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 TBSP sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg, add the milk. Sift dry ingredients and add eggs and milk. Beat til smooth. Put batter into a funnel and drizzle into a frypan with hot oil/fat (375). Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.......yummy!
