Creamy Potato and Bacon Soup Recipe

10 Pounds of diced potatoes
1 whole onion diced
4 - 5 cloves of minced garlic
1 pound of cooked bacon
1 tsp Salt and pepper
2 cups of broth
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Stick of butter or mariner
1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 cub of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 oz of cream cheese

In slow cooker put diced potatoes, onion, garlic, half of the cooked bacon, salt, pepper, parsley and broth and turn on low

When potatoes are done, Use a potato masher to gently mash the potatoes in the crock pot

In a separate pot melt butter and add flour and milk to make a rue and add to crock pot mixture

Then add cheddar cheese and cream cheese to mixture
Stir and let cook until new ingredients cook into mixture (about 30 minutes)

Serve in bowl and tow with extra back and cheddar cheese
