¼ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
salt & pepper

aluminum foil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º (boneless) or 350º (bone-in). Place each pork chop in the center of a square piece of aluminum foil. Top with 1 tbsp. baby applesauce. Sprinkle cinnamon, sugar, salt and pepper on top of the applesauce.

Bring 4 corners of foil together, pulling them up like the tip of a pyramid - with enough room at the top for heat to circulate but don't leave any openings. Place pork chop packets on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
