8 cups white chocolate melts
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
5 drops pure orange oil (not extract or flavoring)

Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwaveable bowl, stirring every 30-40 seconds til melted. Remove and stir to ensure all chocolate is melted and there are no lumps. Stir in dried cranberries, nuts and orange oil. (Use dropper to add 5-6 drops of oil.) Stir to mix together. (Taste to see if orange flavor is strong enough. If not, add additional 1-2 drops of the orange oil.) Do not use orange extract or orange flavoring. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper and pour mixture into pan spreading as thin as possible. Chill in refrigerator or freezer til solid. Break into large pieces and place in individual bags and tie with ribbon. Makes great holiday gift for teachers, neighbors and friends.

I first tasted this bark many years ago at an Amish bakery shop in Ohio. I purchased a bag and brought it home and figured out the ingredients. I have been making it for holiday gift giving now for over 20 years.
