1 Lb. elbow Macaroni Salad
1T. Olive Oil
1c. Mayonayse
1/3c. Half & Half
1T. Yellow Mustard
2T. Dill Pickle Juice
3T. Sweet Pickle Relish
1tsp. fresh Dill
1/2tsp each salt and pepper
1.5c. block Medium Chedder, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, rinse with cold water and toss with olive oil. Mix mayo, half & half, mustard, pickle juice, relish. Add cheese.

Refridgerate 1 hour minimum.
