4 hard-boiled Eggs
2 small can Tuna
1T mayonayse
1tsp. Dijon Mustard
1tsp. Capers, minced
1 Scallion, minced
Pinch of Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Drain tuna, add mayonayse, mustard, capers, scallions and pepper to taste.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Pop out yolk and add tuna. Sprinkle with salt. Fill eggs with tuna mixture and dust with paprika.
