16oz. Strawberries, stems removed
2T. Sugar
1tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 175º - Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In processor, combine sugar, strawbwrries, lemon juice and vanilla. Puree until smooth. Pour onto baking sheet. Bake 3-4 hrs. or until completly dry and barely sticky. Let cool completly, cut and serve.
