Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of your favorite ravioli
2-3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp high quality balsamic vinegar
1/4 c chopped walnuts
shaved parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare the ravioli until *almost* al dente by boiling in heavily salted water.

2. While ravioli cooks, melt butter in large pan over medium heat. It will melt, bubble and froth slightly, and finally begin to brown. When it's browned, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add in the balsamic vinegar off the heat and stir to combine. Add salt to taste.

3. When the ravioli is nearly finished cooking, return the brown butter to medium-low heat and place the ravioli into the sauce with a slotted spoon. Very gently toss until the ravioli is evenly coated.

4. Serve the ravioli with the parmesan and walnuts.

Personal Notes:
This is a quick, easy, and elegant weeknight dinner. The vinegar's acidity balances the rich nuttiness of the brown butter, walnuts, and parmesan. Be careful, because if the butter is too hot when you add the vinegar it will splatter everywhere.
