1tsp. cinnamon

Bread Batter:
2c. Flour
1tsp. aking Soda
1/4tsp. Salt
1 stick, unsalted butter, room at room temp
1c. Sugar
1 Lg. Egg
1tsp. Vanilla Extract
1c. plus 1T. Full-Fat Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x5 loaf pan and set aside. Mix cinnamon and sugar and set aside. In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt then set aside. Add butter and sugar together and mix on med/hi until light and creamy. Add 1/2 of the buttermilk and mix on medium. Add 1/2 flour ixture and mix just until incorporated. Add remailing 1/2c. plus 1T buttermilk and mix a few seconds. Add remaining flour and mix just until incorporated. Pour 1/2 batter and smooth with rubber spatula. Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mix, spread remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.

Bake about and hour or until knife comes out clean from center. Allow 5 minutes to sit.

Keeps fresh for 4 days or frozen for 3 months.

To freeze, wrap in plastic wrap then tin foil and then put into freezer bag.
