2 c. water
3 tbsp. dried thyme
1 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 cups of water and remove from heat. Add 3 tbsp. of dried thyme and steep until cool. Stir in one cup of honey (preferably from NJ bees - or local bees wherever you live.) Store in a covered glass jar, refrigerated. It will keep for several months.
