1-2 lbs venison, any cut
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp basil
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4-6 carrots, sliced
4-6 potatoes, quartered

2 tsp cornstarch and 1/2 cup water to thicken gravy

Directions:

Cut meat into bite size pieces and trim off any fat. Place into slow cooker or dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low setting for 4-5 hours or til tender. To thicken gravy add 2 tsp cornstarch to 1/2 cup of cold water and stir in gravy til smooth.
