4-5 lb venison roast
1/2 lb bacon
1 large onion, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced in strips
2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/2 of bacon strips, 1/2 of onions and pepper strips onto foil-lined roasting pan. Place roast on top of bacon and then put remaining bacon, onions and pepper strips on top of roast. Pour soups over roast. Wrap foil tightly and place in preheated oven. Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Depending on taste use different soups such as Tomato, Cream of Mushroom or favorite BBQ sauce instead of Golden Mushroom Soup.
