12 oz cranberries
½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar
6 Tbs Dijon mustard
Pinch of Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, cook the cranberries & sugar over medium heat until the cranberries pop & the mixture reduces by two thirds (2/3) – about 12 to 15 min.

Stir in the mustard & remove from heat

In a blender, pulse until it is a smooth consistency

Season to taste with salt

About 20 minutes to prepare.
