1 stick butter, softened
1 cup flour
3 ounces of cream cheese, softened


Filling:
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten,
3/4 cup chopped walnut or pecans

Directions:
Dough: Mix dough ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour so it is easier to roll into ball. Please ball into a mini-muffin tin. Press into tin to make a cup. Dough should be all the way up the sides. Enough dough to make 24

Filling: Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Remove from heat and add the brown sugar, vanilla and beaten egg. Stir. Add the chopped walnuts to sugar mixture. Mix well.
Fill each cup about 1/2 way. (about a tsp. of the sugar mixture) Bake 350 degrees for
30 to 35 minutes.

There is enough sugar mixture to make 36 tarts. Need to make a recipe and a half of the dough to make 36.
