2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 cup water
1/4 cup dry milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter at room temperature
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4-5 cups flour

Filling
1 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/3 cup butter softened

Frosting
1/2 cup butter softened
4 oz cream cheese softened
caviar from 1 vanilla bean
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add remaining ingredients for the rolls. Add flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and is not super sticky. Knead for 10 minutes. Allow to rise for 1 hour or until puffy.

Preheat the oven for 400 degrees F. Roll the dough into a rectangle that is roughly 16 inches tall by 21 inches wide. Spread softened butter over dough. In small bowl combine brown sugar, vanilla powder, and cinnamon and bread evenly over butter. Roll into long cylinder. Cut into 12 even rolls. Place into greased 9x13 pan and bake 18-24 minutes or until golden brown.

Beat together frosting ingredients until combined and fluffy. Spread over baked rolls.
