Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 lbs venison steak, cut into bit size pieces
1/2 cup butter
2 med onions, chopped
3 cups beef broth
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 green peppers, sliced in strips
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
3-4 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook steak over med heat in butter until browned. Add onions, cook and stir til tender. Stir in beef broth and soy sauce. Cover, simmer until meat is tender. Add green peppers and simmer 5 mins. Add cornstarch to water and stir until dissolved. Stir into meat mixture until sauce is thickened. Serve over cooked rice.
