2 large loaves of white sandwich bread, sliced
1 lb. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
c. sugar
2 c. butter, melted
1 c. cinnamon sugar

16 ozs. sour cream (for serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crusts off bread. Take rolling pin and flatten each piece of bread. Combine cream cheese, egg yolks, and sugar. Spread on each piece of bread and then roll. Melt butter. Dip rolled bread in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cut in half and serve with sour cream. (Can be frozen and then baked later.)
