1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients and pat dry chicken. Over medium heat, pan sear chicken in oil. Place chicken on paper towels and remove excess oil from pan. Reduce heat to medium-low. Put chicken back in pan. Pour in sauce, bring to gentle boil until reduced. Flip chicken occasionally to coat fully in sauce.
