¼ cup butter
½ onion, diced
½ cup vodka
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp parsley
28 oz can crushed tomato
8 oz heavy cream
¼ tbsp dried oregano
½ tbsp dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in butter until slightly brown and soft. Pour in vodka. Cook 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, oregano, parsley and basil. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour in heavy cream. Cook for 10 minutes.
