Large Loaf White Bread (Arnold's or Pepperidge)
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 Egg Yolk
2 or 3 teaspoons Sugar
1 stick or more Butter or Margarine

1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 teaspoons Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off crust of white bread and flatten with rolling pin. Soften cream cheese and add egg yolk and sugar. Spread mixture on bread lightly and roll up. Cut in half. Place in buttered pan. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Freeze - Defrost - bake at 350º F for 20 minutes or more.
