2 1/2 cups water
2/3 cup milk
1 5 1/2 ounce package dry
scalloped potato mix
1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage
or polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 16 ounce package frozen peas and carrots
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole stir together water, mil, and sauce packet from potato mix. Add potato slices, sausage, peas and carrots, and onion. Micro-cook, covered on 100% power (high) for 32 to 34 minutes or till mixture is heated through and slightly thickened, stirring every 5 minutes. Makes 4-6 main dish servings.
