2 Pillsbury pie crusts, from refrigerator case of grocery store

5 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled & sliced
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1-2 tea cinnamon
¼ tea salt
2 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pile into an unbaked pie shell. Top with pastry.

Bake 450º for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º for 30-40 minutes.

NOTE: If the edge of the pie crust starts to brown before center you can cover edges with foil for the last 15-20 minutes

Let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
